tk9997 Terms & Conditions

1.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account or use any service on the tk9997 Platform. By completing the registration process, you confirm that you are 21 years of age or older. tk9997 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time. Accounts where the player is found to be under 21 will be permanently closed and all balances forfeited in accordance with applicable policy.

1.2 One Account Per Player

Each individual player is permitted to hold exactly one registered account on the tk9997 Platform. Operating multiple accounts, whether under the same or different identities, is strictly prohibited. tk9997 employs automated and manual detection systems to identify duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all associated accounts will be suspended and any bonuses or winnings obtained through duplicate registration may be voided.

1.3 Accurate Registration Information

You are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration and to keep that information up to date at all times. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, mobile phone number, and any payment method details used for deposits and withdrawals. Providing false or misleading registration information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension.

1.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

tk9997 operates a Know Your Customer ("KYC") verification process. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents before withdrawals are processed: a government-issued national identity card (NID), passport, or driver's licence; proof of residential address (utility bill, bank statement dated within 90 days); and proof of ownership of the payment method used (screenshot of bKash, Nagad, or Rocket wallet). tk9997 reserves the right to place a hold on withdrawal requests until KYC verification is complete.

2.1 Password Security

You are strongly advised to use a unique, complex password for your tk9997 account that is not used on any other service. If you suspect that your account credentials have been compromised, you must change your password immediately and notify the tk9997 support team at [email protected] without delay. tk9997 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access results from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.

2.2 Account Activity Monitoring

You are responsible for all activity conducted through your account, whether authorised by you or not, until you have notified tk9997 of any suspected unauthorised access. tk9997 reserves the right to suspend any account that exhibits activity consistent with compromise, fraud, or terms violation, pending investigation. tk9997 will endeavour to notify you of any such suspension via the contact details registered to your account.

2.3 Account Closure by Player

You may request closure of your tk9997 account at any time by contacting the support team. Prior to closure, any pending withdrawal requests will be processed in accordance with the standard withdrawal policy. Any bonus funds that have not met applicable wagering requirements at the time of closure will be forfeited. 3.1 Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit amount on the tk9997 Platform is ৳200. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited to your account. tk9997 does not charge a fee for deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges for which tk9997 accepts no responsibility.

3.2 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed within the timeframes stated on the Platform at the time of the request. tk9997 endeavours to process withdrawals to mobile wallets (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) within 30 minutes of approval during normal operating hours. Withdrawals may be subject to additional processing time if KYC verification is outstanding. tk9997 reserves the right to apply enhanced due diligence checks to withdrawal requests that exceed certain thresholds, which may extend processing times.

3.3 Withdrawal Restrictions

Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has been previously used to make a deposit on the account, or to a verified method in the player's name. tk9997 will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts. If a player has received a bonus, the bonus wagering requirements must be satisfied before the relevant portion of the account balance is eligible for withdrawal. Details of wagering requirements are specified in the applicable bonus terms at the time the bonus is claimed.

3.4 Chargebacks and Disputes

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your payment provider in respect of a deposit made to your tk9997 account without first attempting to resolve the matter with the tk9997 support team constitutes a breach of these Terms. tk9997 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account from which a chargeback has been initiated, and to pursue recovery of any funds withdrawn prior to the chargeback.

4.1 Bet Acceptance

A bet or wager is not confirmed until you receive an on-screen confirmation and the relevant stake has been deducted from your account balance. tk9997 reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, including bets placed on incorrect odds, markets published with manifest errors, or markets affected by technical malfunction. In such cases, the stake will be returned to your account balance.

4.2 Sportsbook — Cricket and Other Markets

Cricket betting markets at tk9997 cover BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, international Test matches, and other domestic and international competitions. Live in-play markets are available for selected matches. tk9997 reserves the right to suspend or close any live market at any time at its discretion, including where live data feeds are disrupted or where irregular betting patterns are detected. Bets placed after an event has concluded, or after the relevant market has been suspended, will be voided.

4.3 Casino and RNG Games

All random number generator ("RNG") casino games available on the tk9997 Platform use independently certified RNG systems that have been tested to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. tk9997 does not and cannot manipulate the outcome of any certified RNG game. Live dealer games are streamed from regulated third-party studio environments operated by providers including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play Live, and Ezugi, and are subject to those providers' own certification and oversight frameworks.

4.4 Crash Games

Crash games, including Aviator by Spribe and other titles available on the Platform, operate on a provably fair or otherwise certified random algorithm. The outcome of each round is determined before the round begins and cannot be influenced by the Platform operator or any player. Players cash out at their chosen multiplier; failure to cash out before the crash event results in the loss of the wager for that round. No claim will be accepted in respect of a failure to cash out due to slow internet connection, device failure, or other factors outside tk9997's control.

4.5 Prohibited Betting Practices

The following betting practices are strictly prohibited on the tk9997 Platform and will result in account suspension and forfeiture of related winnings:

• Arbitrage betting designed to guarantee a profit regardless of outcome by exploiting pricing differentials
• Bonus abuse, including registration of multiple accounts to claim new player promotions more than once
• Collusion between players in live poker or other competitive game formats
• Use of automated bots, scripts, or betting software to place bets without manual player interaction
• Match fixing or any form of corruption of the sporting events on which bets are placed

5.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives offered by tk9997 are subject to specific terms and conditions published at the time the promotion is made available. Where a specific bonus term conflicts with a provision of these general Terms, the specific bonus term shall prevail in respect of that bonus only.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds credited to your account are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as real money. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier, eligible games, and time limit for each bonus will be stated in the specific bonus terms. tk9997 reserves the right to void any bonus and related winnings if the bonus is claimed or used in a manner inconsistent with the bonus terms or these general Terms.

5.3 Promotional Changes

tk9997 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Promotional offers may be limited to specific player segments, payment methods, or geographic locations within Bangladesh. tk9997 is under no obligation to offer any promotion to any player and the availability of promotions does not form part of the ongoing contractual relationship between tk9997 and any player.

6.1 Player-Initiated Controls

Registered players may at any time set deposit limits, loss limits, session time limits, or cooling-off periods on their account through the account settings panel or by contacting the support team. tk9997 will implement all player-initiated responsible gaming restrictions promptly. Increases to existing limits will be subject to a mandatory cooling-off period before taking effect; decreases will be applied immediately.

6.2 Self-Exclusion

Any player who wishes to stop gambling for a defined period or permanently may request self-exclusion by contacting the tk9997 support team at [email protected]. Self-exclusion requests will be processed promptly. During a self-exclusion period, the player's account will be suspended and marketing communications will be suppressed. tk9997 will endeavour to prevent the opening of new accounts by self-excluded players, but cannot guarantee that this will be effective in all circumstances if a player provides different registration details.

7.1 Platform Availability

tk9997 does not warrant that the Platform will be available on an uninterrupted, error-free, or secure basis. The Platform may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, emergency maintenance, or circumstances beyond tk9997's reasonable control. tk9997 will not be liable for any loss, including any loss of winnings or data, arising from Platform downtime or technical malfunction.

7.2 Exclusion of Consequential Loss

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, tk9997 excludes all liability for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss or damage arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any other economic loss, whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise, even if tk9997 has been advised of the possibility of such loss.

7.3 Force Majeure

tk9997 will not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under these Terms where such failure or delay arises from any cause beyond tk9997's reasonable control, including acts of God, natural disasters, pandemic events, government action, civil unrest, power or internet outages, or third-party service provider failures. In such circumstances, tk9997's obligations will be suspended for the duration of the relevant event.
